2018-2020
company got certified for India’s first Indigenously designed Biometric Android POS device integrated with Finger, Iris, facial recognition technologies along with payment like card, chip ,NFC etc with Mastercard, VISA, EMV, PCI ,STQC approvals and launched in Singapore fintech festival 2019
2023-2025
Built strong partnerships and a robust ecosystem across business and technology verticals, including BFSI, retail, transit, e-governance, power, and industrial sectors. Enhanced manufacturing capabilities, relocated to a new HQ, and unified multiple teams under one roof. Achieved key certifications such as ISO (27001:2022), ISO 30414:2018), ROHS, EPR, and ESG compliance.
1970-1995
Kapil Mehta, founder of Kapil Electronics (1983) and Relaytronics,(1995) started this journey from tech-district Lamington Road in Mumbai, India, building expertise in industrial electromechanical components & specialized offerings.
2000-2007
Achieved leadership in electromechanical components with a PAN-India channel partner network and proprietary brands like Leone, Champ, and Powerlight expanded business in batteries, printer mechanism and LCD’s and wireless modules.
2008-2010
Evolute, through Evolute Solutions and Systems, pioneered electronic manufacturing and embedded design, evolving from component distribution to value-added integration with a purpose-driven, triple bottom line vision.
2015-2018
Evolute experienced significant growth with regular product launches, prestigious industry awards such as Deloitte, Nasscom, IDRBT-RBI, ELCINA, etc and exports to over 40 countries. The company expanded into cleantech with its energy storage division, advanced identity management capabilities, and achieved STQC/Aadhaar certification for MicroATM & Peripheral devices for authentication & transaction
2020-2022
A new software division focusing on payments and fintech was launched, while the component division was spun off as Glomore Electrotech Solutions. The company set its sights on a 10x growth strategy and unveiled its 2025 vision, continuing its journey of developing innovative solutions. Achievements included winning the prestigious Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification.

Launch of EVOFLEX, a modular business model offering precision engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions, enabling businesses to scale efficiently.
