Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic responsibilities –
• Ensure the identification, creation and sustenance of partnership is towards mutual benefit and growth of both the companies.
• Build and develop partners for both strategic and Techno -commercial aspects of the partnership.
• Source, identify potential partners for expansion of Evolute business growth into new customers, new regions, and new domains.
• Work towards building alliances for revenue and partnerships for collaboration.
• Build revenue models for partners contribute to playing pivotal role in Negotiating and finalizing deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company.
• Build an expert pool of resources as extended teams from the partner ecosystem.
• Work closely with all leaders to ensure that the partnership goals are aligned to the individual department as well as organizational goals.
• Track partnership goals quarterly with every key partner
• Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
• Be a visible brand for Evolute while participating in events and networking.
2. Functional responsibilities –

• Work closely with the CMO and corporate affair team to leverage brand equity and corporate relationship to achieve outreach objectives with curated content/pitch.
• Work with CBDO/CTO to understand the current market needs to build appropriate partners.
• Work on regular governance meetings and partner specific meetings
• Work on the Evolute partnership framework and build guidelines, templates, and assessment mechanism common ground for developing quality partnerships and alliances.

• Travel will be 30~50 %

• Team player with exceptional organizational skills
• Expert in using Microsoft Office tools.
Education and Experience:
• Experience in Technology companies and relevant exp of min 3-5 years
• MBA degree with 7~10-year experience
