Key responsibilities include:

Strategic responsibilities –
1. Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
2. Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business HR plans
3. Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement and talent analytics
4. Assisting in building strong talent pipelines and managing recruitment up to all levels
1. Supporting Line Managers across the business on organizational structure and design

2. Functional responsibilities –
3. Talent Acquisitions:
1. Lead the talent acquisitions role by closely working with business leader or HODs, HR team for attraction of talent , hiring process , sourcing , interview process and close the vacant position within TAT.
2. Maintained the recruitment related data base in HRMS.
3. Ensure the reference checking procedure is effective.

 

On boarding and Joining formalities:
1. Planning and managing new joiner induction and onboarding process including working team and other team to ensure smooth joining experience across all level.
2. Ensure and track the initial orientation completion for all new joinees as per SOPs.
3. Provide all new joinees details as per requirement for updating in payroll.
4. Inform all branch , location about new joining of the staff.

 

Employee Engagement:
1. Work closely with HR and WoW team in building employee relation across all levels and built positive working environment.
2. Resolve the employee queries by giving proper guidance or by escalating through proper channel.
3. Execute the employee engagement activity as per plan and guidline given by HR and wow team
4. Guide time to time new and existing employees on company policies and procedures.

 

Training and Development:
1. Support , coordinate with HODS for training.
2. Arrange / co ordinate / execute – Internal/ External Training to all Evolute employees.

Attendance Management:
1. Responsible for monitoring attendance and maintain their records , resolve attendance related issues.

Performance Management:
1. Communicate and co ordination process of involved in half yearly appraisal process, assist in the consolidation and finalization.

Attrition and Exit :
Responsible for maintain the attrition less than 3% , also follow the exit process as per SOP.

 

To qualify for the role you must have –
Education : Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA)
Minimum 3-4yrs experience in to HR generalist profile

• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Should aware with various documentation/ process required for HR department .
• Should have good Team leading skills,
