Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic responsibilities – Management of the systems of employees for continuous availability for the business operations
2. Functional responsibilities – Monitoring of the Systems and applications for its continuous availability.
a. Troubleshooting, diagnosis, Quick Resolution, and escalation internally and external to vendors
b. Microsoft Windows Administrations and fine tuning
c. Good knowledge on Microsoft products like Emailing, MS Office, Microsoft 365
d. Windows server OS and IIS Web Server Administration
e. Identifying software and hardware issues and provide solution and enhancements based on user requirements
f. Troubleshooting technical and application functional issues
g. Diagnosing and repairing faults in coordination with Managers for employees issues and tickets raised
h. Installing and configuring Application software
i. Managing tickets raised by employees
j. Patches and upgrades on Hardware, OS, Applications
To qualify for the role, you must have – Diploma/Graduate in Science/ Engineering / Windows OS and Microsoft 365/ Emailing Administration Certifications
