Mr. Parag Mehta

Chairman & Managing Director

Parag is the founder Director of Evolute Group of Companies. He has over 18 years of experience in setting up new ventures both in India and overseas. His vision has transformed the group in to multidimensional capability and he brings the leadership required for the group to manage and guide the business towards commercial success.

Mr. Paras Mehta

JMD

Paras is the founder director of Evolute Group of Companies. He joined Evolute in early 1993 and has played a key role in managing top line growth for the company through the years. He has laid a rock solid foundation for a vertical growth path ahead. With his rich experience in execution he took additional responsibilities of opening & exploring challenging opportunities in diversified business for the group since 2007

Mr. Ramachandra Babu

Technical Director

Babu is the founder Director of Evolute Systems. He is a Technocrat in the financial domain known for his commercial embedded product engineering. He has rolled out many products to the field on commercial scale that includes India's first EMV certified EDC terminal and world's one of the fastest thermal printers. Prior to Evolute he was working with Opto Circuits group for 6 years in the capacity of Vice President and CTO

Mr. Jigar Shah

Director

Mr Jigar is Non-Executive and Independent Director on the Evolute board, who has joined the group during 2008. He possesses rich experience and expertise in business management, corporate relationship, fund raising for the company. He is the Senior VP and Head Research, of KIM ENG Securities India Pvt Ltd.

Mr Jigar had held various coveted positions in private sectors. He has been the Director at K R Choksey Shares & Securities Pvt Ltd. He also conducted various chat shows from time to time on Investment Strategy. He is a regular contributor to Asian Age on a weekly basis since April 2001 on Economy and New Concepts in Investment Evaluation. Apart from the above he is also the visiting faculty at various Business Schools and Corporate. Mr Jigar received the "Dalal Street Tycoon' award in 2007 by Zee Business for his contribution in this field.

Mr. A. Gururaj

Director

Mr. A. Gururaj serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Evolute board. He possesses more than a decade of experience in program management, business development, engineering and manufacturing across many sectors. He has authored numerous technical papers and conducted courses in fiber optics, electromagnetic and electronics circuit at prestigious universities, like Stanford in USA.

Presently he is the Managing Director of Vittal Innovation City. His earlier positions include Senior Vice President at Reliance Communications - Mumbai, Director & General Manager, Flextronics Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.-Chennai, Vice President, TVS Electronics - Chennai , President, Aisin NTTF Ltd, AMP Inc., Palo Alto, California.

He also works in an advisory role to the Government of India and various State governments in the Country.
